Harmeet Singh, MD
Dr. Harmeet Singh cofounded CCKA in 2009. He grew up in India and graduated from Amritsar Medical College. He trained in Internal medicine and completed his fellowship in Nephrology at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. He is board certified in Nephrology. He currently serves in the Medical executive committee at Cone health Alamance Regional Medical center. He is also a member of the Alamance County medical society. He is interested in all aspects of chronic kidney disease and hypertension in addition to end stage renal disease
Munsoor Lateef, MD
Dr. Munsoor Lateef cofounded CCKA in 2009. He was born and raised in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1999. He graduated from medical school at St. Christopher's College of Medicine in 2003. He trained in Internal Medicine at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and completed Nephrology fellowship at East Carolina University. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He serves as medical director at two local dialysis units. Dr. Lateef is interested in delaying progression of chronic kidney disease.
Sarath Kolluru, MD
Dr. Sarath Kolluru joined Central Carolina Kidney Associates in 2012. He was born in Vineland, New Jersey and moved to Goldsboro, North Carolina at a young age. Dr. Kolluru graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He attended St. Eustatius School of Medicine. He then did his residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC in internal medicine where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kolluru completed his fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. He is interested in all aspects of hypertension, chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease. In his free time, Dr. Kolluru enjoys time with his wife and two children. Hobbies include cooking, exercising, reading, and traveling.

Dr Taran Singh joined CCKA in 2014. She grew up in Smithfield, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her medical school and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Her clinical practice is focused on primary care and internal medicine in hemodialysis patients.
Shantelle Breeze, NP-C
Shantelle Breeze, AGNP-C joined CCKA in 2022. She grew up in and around Greensboro, She received her undergraduate degree from Winston Salem State University in 2013. After working as a Registered Nurse at Duke and Cone Health Systems, she returned to Walden University where she received her Master of Nursing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has experience working with patients with kidney disease in the acute setting and limited outpatient experience. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time supporting her children in their extracurriculars.
